Friday Evening Fun - Sail and Social

The traditional Friday evening sailing and social has been revamped this year, with the aim of bringing all areas of the club together and introducing new members to the community. The water will be open for free sailing as usual, but there will also be a structured sailing session lead by a more experienced sailor, focused on working towards developing skills and increasing confidence. The topic will change week to week so keep your eyes peeled for news.

New members to the club will be signposted to Friday evenings where experienced members from all areas of the club will help integrate them into their own area of interest and general club life.

This is a great opportunity to meet members with different experience and different boats and most of all have some fun on and off the water. 

Carsington is a fabulous venue. Weather permitting, we plan to have a BBQ afterwards, the bar open, and watch the sun set with likeminded, club members.

This is also a great time for social members to come and get involved. These events are planned to run from 14th April until at least the 25th August.
